The Nurturely Work Culture Program

Your investment in culture is a smart one. So, why is Company Culture important?

Studies have shown that companies with happy employees outperform their competitors by 20%.

Company culture shapes employee motivation and employee engagement and positively affects productivity and innovation.

What you’ll get from the program:

Understand your culture

Culture improvement begins with a clear understanding of the people in your organization. Improve your understanding of your teams’ needs through focus groups, surveys, metrics, and benchmarks. It also allows you to build a Next Step Matrix that prioritizes culture.

Optimize communication

Communication is the foundation of your organization. Improving communication decreases productivity leakage. Improve communication through building a personalized Communication Cadence and optimizing meetings and other touch points.

Utilize employee strengths

The number one factor leading to an employee’s high performance, is their ability to use their strengths. Build a team that recognizes and utilizes strengths through strengths assessing, training, and reimagining teams and job descriptions.

Create an abundance of appreciation

Appreciation is one of the strongest motivators for performance. Build an environment where gratitude is so abundant that appreciation is everywhere. Training, rewards systems, and tools help all employees to appreciate and encourage each other.

Create culture expectations

Most employees want to meet your expectations. That’s why it’s critical to improve how you and your organization communicates them. Expectations can be co-created through a Culture Code and Two-way Accountability.

Our process

  1. Assess company culture

We start assessing the current state, conducting surveys interviews and focus groups. We will understand the employees’ satisfaction and motivation levels and conduct industry comparisons.

2. Create a strategy together

We workshop with the staff and leadership to create a culture code. Based on an impact-effort matrix, we assess what we can implement today to see the best results.

3. Implement the strategy

The new strategy is implemented by revising policies and procedures. We will run workshops and provide coaching sessions on a variety of topics with the staff and the leadership team.

4. Ongoing evaluation

Things are bound to change. We conduct an ongoing evaluation to make sure we are adapting to those changes and we keep achieving the best results.
