What Is the Right Culture?

“You can have all the right strategies in the world; if you don't have the right culture, you're dead.” - Patrick Whitesell, Co-CEO of WME

What is the “right” culture? There are as many different cultures as there are people.

Instead of trying to find the “right” culture, let’s talk about a HEALTHY CULTURE.

I like to use the term “Nurture Culture.” In a Nurture Culture, the leaders:

...care for their employees as human beings above all else.

...encourage the growth of their team, together and as individuals.

...endure short-term discomfort, for long-term gain.

A Nurture Culture is one in which an environment of trust and respect is fostered continuously. Team members feel comfortable expressing themselves and empowered to grow and succeed.

Cultures like this thrive upon a foundation of strong, transparent communication, and an understanding of employees’ strengths. Without those things, a Nurture Culture cannot exist.

So, what’s the first step toward building a Nurture Culture?

We’ve got just the resources for you. 😉

First, take our Company Culture Assessment. This tool was specially developed by our team to provide leaders an in-depth, thorough analysis of their company’s culture and a measurement of how healthy it is. All you have to do is set aside 10 minutes, grab a cup of coffee, and answer some questions.

After you receive your results, if you’re up for a chat, click here to schedule a free, non-sales-pitch meeting. We’ll talk about your results and discuss potential next steps, encouraging you all the way.

Sound like something you’re ready for? Click here to take the assessment and get started today.
